HOW WE WILL WORK TOGETHER
OVER A 4 WEEK PERIOD WE WILL MEET WEEKLY FOR 75-90 MINUTE VIDEO SESSIONS TO HELP facilitate A PROFOUND SHIFT IN HOW YOU EXPERIENCE YOURSELF AND THE WORLD. THE WEEKLY LIVE SESSIONS WILL COMPRISE OF SOMATIC PRACTICES TOGETHER, BREAKOUT ROOMS TO EXPLORE EXPERIENTAILLY THE WEEKLY TOPICS AND TIME FOR ANY QUESTIONS TO BE ADDRESSED RELATED TO THE PRACTICES. ADDITIONAL RESOURCES WILL ALSO BE SENT DURING THE WEEK TO FACILIATE YOUR CONTINUED ENGAGEMENT WITH THE MATERIAL as well as an optional practice to be paired with someone else to do an additional enquiry practice between the live sessions. You will also gain access to many other resources DURING THE COURSE THAT WILL help you cultivate a new relationship with your body.
