LIVE CALLS GUIDE
Prior to a Live calls, it CAN BE beneficial to engage in a preparation routine to optimize YOUR experience. It is recommended that YOU allocate around 15 minutes before the session to engage in activities that promote relaxation and openness. Finding a calm and comfortable space, free from distractions, can greatly enhance the effectiveness of the session. Creating a soothing environment IN WHATEVER WAY FEELS BEST FOR YOU CAN ALLOW YOUR UNCONSCIOUS MIND TO RELAX DEEPLY. YOU CAN DO ANY OF THE CORE PRACTICES THAT HAVE BEEN GIVEN TO YOU IN YOUR RESOURCE DOCUMENT OR TakE a few deep breaths and engaging in gentle MOVEMNET exercises can help release tension and prepare the body for the somatic work ahead. Additionally, journaling or engaging in reflective writing can be a helpful way to set intentions AND EXPLORE YOUR INNER WORLD PRIOR TO STARTING. By taking these proactive steps, YOU can maximize the benefits of thE LIVE CALLS and create an optimal space for healing and growth.

EASILY ACCESSING YOUR RESOURCE DOCUMENT
For Android:
Download the Google Docs app from the Google Play Store.
0pen the resource document from the email link sent to you.
This should open the Google Docs app automatically.
If it doesn't, open the Google Docs app on your android phone or tablet
Then navigate to the folder containing the resource document
Tap on the 3 vertical dots next to the name of the resource document
Then tap on 'Add to Home screen'.
(You may have to scroll down a bit to find the 'Add to Home Screen' button)
a shortcut to your resource document should NOW BE ON THE HOMESCREEN
For iOS:
Download the Google Docs app from the AppStore
0pen the resource document from the email link sent to you.
This should open the Google Docs app automatically.
If it doesn't,Open your resources document in GoogleDocs app on your iPhone or iPad
Move the Google Docs app to your Homescreen to open it easily and your Resources Document should be at the top of the list to open.

IN ORDER TO OPEN THE LINKS WITH A PICTURE:
FIRST CLICK ON THE PICTURE (“THE WOMB CENTER” MEDITATION IN THIS EXAMPLE)
THEN CLICK ON THE “FOLLOW LINK” TEXT THAT APPEARS (ON IOS THIS IS CALLED “OPEN LINK”).
THEN A LINK URL WILL APPEAR (AS IN THE SECOND EXAMPLE HERE)
